To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features require credits. Credits can be purchased through our supported payment methods. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Purchased credits do not expire. However, credits and any complimentary or promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged.
Abuse and Recovery: We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, suspend, or reclaim credits (including complimentary or promotional credits) where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts using different email addresses to control them as a single person, creating or registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or device within a short period, and any other attempt to exploit promotions or sign-up rewards. Redemption codes, where issued, may carry their own validity periods.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, sexually explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content You Upload: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for any content you upload (including photos, sketches, and any depictions of people), and that your upload and use of such content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Labeling of AI Content: Where the laws of your jurisdiction require it, you are responsible for clearly indicating that content you publish or distribute was generated or edited using AI.
You retain ownership of the original inputs (e.g., sketches, photos) you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you also hold the rights to the AI-generated renderings and videos you create. Please note that the legal status and ownership of AI-generated content vary by jurisdiction and may be limited or uncertain under the laws that apply to you.
By sharing your renderings or videos to the public Gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce them on our platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
Our Service: The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated output.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice. In particular, any output relating to medical, legal, financial, or other professional matters is for reference only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You bear sole responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 蕉点创设 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, changes, suspension, or discontinuation of any third-party AI provider, and such events are not our responsibility.
Where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or that your conduct may expose us or other users to legal, security, or reputational risk, we may—without prior notice—take one or more of the following measures: issue a warning, restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of your access to the Service, freeze or ban your account (including preventing re-registration), and remove or restrict access to the content concerned.
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe unlawful or fraudulent activity has occurred, we may preserve relevant records (such as request logs, account activity, transaction records, IP address, and device information) for as long as reasonably necessary, and may disclose them to, and cooperate with, competent authorities in response to valid legal requests.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network or power failures, natural disasters, war, government action, cyber-attacks, or the service changes, interruption, or discontinuation of any third-party AI provider.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
